Terms of service

1. Who we are

PimsPay is a small independent online shop that resells digital gift cards, subscriptions and similar codes. You can reach us at any time through our Telegram admin account, listed on the Contact page.

We are not the issuer of the cards we sell and we are not affiliated with the brands whose products appear on the site.

2. What you buy

You buy a digital code (or an activation of a service) issued by a third party, such as Apple or Spotify. How you can use it is set by that issuer's own terms, which apply in addition to ours.

Each product page shows the region (store country) and amount of the code. A code usually works only on an account set to the same country.

3. Ordering and prices

Orders are placed in our Telegram bot. Prices on the site and in the bot are calculated from the exchange rate of the day. Before you pay, our admin confirms the final price in the chat. If the price changed, you can cancel without paying.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If you already paid in that case, we refund you in full.

4. Payment and delivery

You pay by bank transfer to the details our admin sends you in the chat. Never pay to details you received from anyone else: we never message first and never ask for your passwords or card PIN.

After we confirm your payment we send the code in Telegram. This usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours, and at most 24 hours, unless we tell you otherwise for a specific order.

5. Your responsibilities

Choose the region and amount that match your account, and check the product description before you pay. Keep the code private: anyone who has it can use it.

Some platforms limit their services in certain countries or close accounts that break their rules. You are responsible for checking that you may use the service with your account and for following the laws that apply to you. We cannot control decisions made by the issuer or platform.

6. Refunds

Because codes cannot be returned once they are revealed, refunds follow our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Your account

You log in to the website with Telegram, so we never store a password. You can log out at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy policy.

8. Liability

We do our best to deliver working codes on time. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses caused by the issuer, the platform, your bank or events outside our control.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.

10. Contact
